Albert Porto Obituary
EASTHAMPTON, MA - Albert Porto, 97, of Easthampton passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the Fisher Home of Amherst surrounded by his family. He was born in Plum Township, Pennsylvania, and was the son of the late Gennaro and Anna Porto and the brother of siblings Frank, Fred, Jim, Ray, Sam, Joe, Mary, Phil, and Tony. He served in the US Navy in World War II, and he worked as an engineer for the Arabian American Oil Company for his entire career.
His wife Georgette predeceased him, and he leaves three children, including son James Porto and daughter Mary Ellen Porto, and five grandchildren, as well as many relatives and friends.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, MA. There are no calling hours.

My deepest sympathy Elizabeth and family, I am remembering his smile,his hole in one,his vases you gave me ,i do use.. and the fact he went to first nite to see the dancers... and the outting to holyoke...he was an amazing man with wonderful stories...my best to all...love Cheryl
