Terese Meuse
Southampton, MA - Terese Laraine "Terry" Meuse passed away at home on November 28, 2025, surrounded by family. Terry was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be forever missed and remembered.
Terry was born on September 10, 1952 in
Northampton, Massachusetts, to Laraine and Jim Slattery. Raised in
Easthampton, Massachusetts, Terry graduated from Easthampton High School in 1972.
Terry married Charlie Meuse in 1973 and they had two children, Aaron and Shauna and her bonus daughter Ta-mara Meuse. Terry held various jobs including at Tubed Products and as the manager of Southampton Pizza Place before finding her calling as a CNA for 28 years in the childbirth center of Cooley Dickinson Hospital, from which she retired. She was a member of the Our Lady of the Valley (Immaculate Conception Church) and the American Legion of Easthampton.
Terry was an accomplished seamstress and crafter who loved to create things. She enjoyed ceramics and quilting, and worked with many other crafts and complex sewing projects, including her daughter Shauna's wedding dress. She recently finished building and furnishing an amazing and complex dollhouse for her granddaughter Brexlin. Terry loved the beach, listening to music, and riding motorcycles with her friends. She adored clowns and silly things and had an infectious sense of humor. Terry really loved spoiling her grandchildren Vivian, Anne, Jakob and Brexlin. She had a truly kind and open heart.
Terry is survived by her son Aaron Meuse of
Northampton, Massachusetts and daughter Shauna Demers of Westfield, Massachusetts, daughter-in-law Marian Kent, son-in-law Garry Demers, and beloved grandchildren Vivian Meuse, Anne Meuse, and Brexlin Demers and Jakob Pok. Terry is also survived by eight
brothers and sisters and their families.
Terry also leaves behind her partner of 28 years, Marc Bolduc of
Southampton, Massachusetts. Terry and Marc together created a warm and loving life with many friends and family members.
Terry was preceded in death by her beloved mother and father, Laraine and Clyde White.
An informal celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 1-4 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 18 Adams Street,
