Amy is survived by her husband; Dan; mother; Madelyn Olsen; father; Keith (Lynn) Hergott; stepchildren; Emily and Joshua Miser; nieces and nephews; Ayden Messina, Wyatt Schutte, Evelyn Silva, Aubrin Silva; siblings; Sheila (Jason) Schutte, Courtney (Anthony Silva) Olsen, Cody Olsen, Kaylin Hergott, Alex Hergott; and one grandchild. Amy is preceded in death by her grandparents; uncle; Wayne Hergott; and cousin; Jessica Tueting.
A funeral service will be held for Amy at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI on Friday November 14, 20205 at 12 Noon. Visitation will be held before the funeral beginning at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Amy's name to DFW Pug Rescue, https://www.dfwpugs.com/one-time-donation. An online guestbook can be found at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com. Amy's arrangements are under the direction of Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Elkhorn, WI.
