D. Davis Obituary
He was married to Marcella "Marcie" Ruth (West) Hilts on April 7, 1962 at the Cargill United Methodist Church and they enjoyed 49 years of marriage before her passing on February 6, 2012. Corky worked in assembly with the General Motors Corporation for 40 years. Corky enjoyed his travels to Branson, Missouri, and loved to visit the family home in Minocqua as much as he could. Corky is remembered as "full of life" and very friendly and outgoing.
He is survived by his children: Sharon (Bill) Zitzer, Judy Hulbert, Sally Johnson, Arthur Davis, Michelle (Gordon) Lewiston and Scott Davis; 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; special friend, Rita Nolte; extended family, and his well-loved friends at Cedar Crest.
Corky preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Davis; his parents; and children: Connie Schroeder, Donnie Davis and Sandy Hilts.
