Laura Case Obituary

Evansville, WI - Laura Ann Case, 80, passed away at UW Hospital on Friday, 26th of September. She was born on December 19th, 1944, in Joplin Missouri, the daughter of James Arthur Buxton and Ruth Lorene Hill.

On November 24th in 1967, she married Paul W. Case. He was enlisted in the army for 20 years. He also worked at Stoughton Trailers and then retired.

Laura is survived by Linda K. Percival, Paula A. Case, and Catherine A. Wheeler. Along with 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul W. Case. Her daughter, Jamie Lynn Peel. Parents, James Arthur Buxton and Ruth Lorene Hill. Siblings, Mike and Fiona. Grandparents, Charles and Lottie Hill.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Ward-Hurtley Funeral Home, Evansville. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Ward-Hurtley Funeral Home, Evansville is assisting the family. For online condolences and guestbook, please visit: www.wardhurtley.com
