Ronald D Lord Queen Creek, AZ - Queen Creek, AZ-Reverend Ronald D. Lord, Queen Creek, AZ, was born March 15, 1936 in New Castle, IN. He died November 4, 2025 in Gilbert, AZ. The son of Harold and Martha (Shelley) Lord, Ronald and Joan Borg were married July 25, 1963. Ronald graduated from New Castle High School in 1953 and from Crown College (St. Paul Bible College) in 1963. He was an ordained Pastor of the Christian & Missionary Alliance and was Pastor of the Fair Havens C&MA Church in Kokomo, IN from 1963-1977 and of Orchard View Alliance Church in Janesville, WI from 1977-2006. He led building programs at both of these churches and oversaw construction of new facilities for expanding congregations. He was a member of the Rock County Ministerial Association, was one of the founders of the Rock County Christian Schools, taught a class with Parents Anonymous and was a member of the Pregnancy Helpline, Janesville. Ronald is survived by two children: Karen (Troy) Mabie of Queen Creek, AZ, and Dr. Gregory Lord of Queen Creek, AZ; seven grandchildren: David Ellingson, Zachariah (Amber) Ellingson, Joshua (Leslie) Ellingson, Grace (Jason) Kircher, Alex (Luana) Rast, Christian Rast and Ashley Lord, five great-grandchildren; Logan Ellingson, Alexis Ellingson, Lucas Kircher, Landon Ellingson, and Zoe Ellingson; sister Grace (Dr. Carroll) Galvin, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Joan, daughter Cynthia Lord Rast, sister Rosalee, sister Mary Winslow, and brother Donn Robert. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, November 17 at Heart Cry Church in Queen Creek, AZ. Reverend Billy VanCamp will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home in Queen Creek.
