Lily Faudree Obituary
Born in Waterloo, Oklahoma to Everett and Rose Lake, Lily and her brother Orval and parents lived there and in nearby Edmond.
Lily graduated from Wyoming's Washakie County High School (now Worland H. S.). She was a phone operator in Worland. After receiving a technical degree in 1953, she moved to Washington, DC and did clerical work for the Navy Dept.
Lily married Robert Faudree in 1956. They and their children, Mark and Leslie, moved to Grand Jct. in 1964. They divorced in the 1970s.
Lily enjoyed her family and her friendships from church and in her work at the Credit Bureau and St. Mary's Collection Dept.
Her children, Leslie and Mark (Andrea), survive her. Lily's family thanks HopeWest for their loving care. Donations may be made to Roice-Hurst Humane Society or HopeWest.
A celebration of life will be on Saturday, November 2, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at a family home. Phone (970) 712-6422 for directions.
