Sharon Stover Obituary

Sharon Marie Stover December 16, 1942 - December 13, 2024 Sharon Marie Stover, of Grand Junction, passed away on December 13, 2024, at HopeWest Hospice Care Center. She was 81.

Sharon was born on December 16, 1942, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, to Woodrow W. and Marjorie Ruth (Heisler) Arnold. She spent her childhood in Glenwood Springs, Leadville, and Grand Junction, and graduated from Grand Junction High School. She married Lester Eugene Stover on May 15, 1993, in Grand Junction. She worked as a secretary and in administration. In her free time she enjoyed sewing, gardening, horseback riding, 4 wheeling, camping and spending time outdoors.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Lester Stover of Grand Junction; her daughters, Susan Gobbo of Attalla, Alabama, and Alice Ulman of Grand Junction; 11 grandchildren; and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Hager; son, Terry Edris; sister, Marcia Tomlinson; and brother, Richard Arnold.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
