Robert Pagel Obituary
Robert was a strong, brave, and sweet man. He loved his children and grandchildren. He worked for Saginaw Bearing for 20 plus years of his life and retired in 2012 from Meijer in Mt. Pleasant. He loved to fish, hunt, boating, riding his bike, going for walks and the casino. He taught his children to work hard, be generous, and to love the great outdoors. Summer weekends were spent traveling the State of Michigan, camping and fishing.
Robert leaves behind his daughter, Elisabeth (Joe) Merriweather; his son, Robert (Amber) Pagel; his five grandchildren, James Witte, Jeremy Witte, Ashton, Ayla, and Aurora. Also, his siblings, Ronald (Jamie) Pagel, Larry (Carrie) Pagel, Mary Stiverson, Jeff Pagel; sister-in-law, Dawn Pagel; and a slew of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Dorothy Pagel; brothers, Earl and Edward Pagel; and a sister, Jennifer Moore.
A special thank you to Aunt Jamie and Uncle Larry for coming to be with us as we said farewell until we meet again. Memorial service was held on Saturday March 19, 2022, at 2 p.m. at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel. Family greeted friends and family on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until services. Robert L.
