Sharon L. Hund, 80, of Beaverton died at home Friday, March 26, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born April 6, 1940 in Edenville, the daughter of the late John and Florence (Wilson) Wooley. Sharon L. Wooley married M. Leroy Hund May 26, 1956 in Beaverton. He preceded her in death September 29, 2018.
Sharon enjoyed embroidery, crocheting, quilting and genealogy. Her greatest pleasure was time spent with her family.
Sharon is survived by her children, Robin Whitmill of Beaverton, Linda (Pete) Fedarko of Ohio, Mike (Cyndy) Hund of Beaverton; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia and Gene Rydman of Coleman; several nieces and nephews. Sharon was also preceded in death by her daughter, Denise; grandson, Michael Hund, Jr.; brothers, Kenneth, Roderick, Donald and Raleigh Wooley; sisters, Joyce Letts and Andrea Bushre.
Funeral and committal services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Church of Daniel's Band, Beaverton, with Mr. Dennis Ware officiating. Burial will take place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman. Friends called the O'Laughlin Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday from 4-8 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday starting at 10 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials are suggested to MidMichigan Home Care. Attendees were asked to follow COVID-19 protocols.
