Tyler James Mishoe, age 22, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016. He was born in Clare, Michigan on Dec. 23, 1993, the son of Dale Scott Schumate and Victoria Blackwell.
He was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County and he was employed as a cook for Buffalo Wild Wings in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He loved the outdoors and fishing, and enjoyed listening to music.
His memory will be forever cherished by his only son Brayden Mishoe of Gladwin, the love of his life Kayla Mishoe of Gladwin, mother and stepfather Vickey and Geoff Smith of Gladwin. He is also survived by his brother Erik Mishoe of Somerset, New Jersey; sister Holley (Brandon) McIntire of Shelbyville, Indiana; brother Byron (Rachel) Schumate of Greenwood, Indiana; sister Brittany Schumate also of Shelbyville, Indiana; sister Jordan McDonald of Eaton Rapids, Michigan; brother Camron Schumate also of Eaton Rapids, Michigan; sister Myriah Schumate of Pearlville River, Louisiana; two nieces and two nephews, mother-in-law Heidi Davis of Clare, Michigan; grandparents Kay Lohrke of Gladwin, Judith and Dallas Parmeter of Howell, Michigan. He is preceded in death by father Dale Schumate.
Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Tony Reynolds on Sept. 1, 2016, 11 a.m. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. Honoring the wishes of the family, cremation will take place.
