July 16, 1928 - September 16, 2025
Dean Curtis Heimdal, 97, of Clear Lake, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Apple Valley Assisted Living.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 First Ave North, Clear Lake, Iowa; with Pastor Will Hunsaker officiating. Following the service the family will host a reception with a visitation greeting family and friends until 2 p.m.
Military honors will be conducted by the members of the Clear Lake VFW Post 4868. An inurnment will be taking place at a later date in the Clear Lake Cemetery. Memorials may be directed in care of the family.
