I had the pleasure of working with George at the Port of Entry in Nogales, AZ, in the late 80s and early 90s. He was always friendly and willing to help doing anything when asked. But I never knew of his military background. May he rest in peace and condolences to his family.

He was a good man and it was fun to work with him at Customs at Nogales, Arizona port of entry. Always enjoyed his humor and wit from the time we began as trainees in June 1975. Didn't realize until now the extent of his service as he didn't brag.
