Jacqueline Howard Obituary
Celebration of her life and gathering of her friends will be at 2 p.m. Sat. Nov. 26, at the Colony Inn, Ventura.
Jackie was born Jan. 31, 1940, in Ventura.
Jackie had a successful career as a boat mechanic, in the Clear Lake, Cedar Rapids and Paris, Iowa, area and was also a snowmobile and vacuum cleaner mechanic.
She enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, NASCAR races and playing pool with the girls.
She is survived by her loving family and friends.

When we were kids we stayed at my grandmothers at Clear Lake and always went to Hawkeye Boat yard. We were much younger then Jackie but she always treated us good and got the minnows out for us. All us kids had a crush on her back then. Jackie and Bud ran us off a few times but they were really great people to us kids. She will be missed, I'm sure. Rest in peace Jackie.

Jackie and I cheered for the Green Bay Packers together because we knew who was the best team. She will be missed by alot of people; she also made a good drink when she was helping out at Elli's. May the family find comfort in knowing that Jackie will be able rest in peace. E.B. Clear Lake,Iowa

I have very fond memories of Jackie, one being her trying to teach me the "pink pajamas" song...everyone knows, it's a classic...she will be missed. I will never play another game of pool without hearing her helpful and sometimes not helpful, hints...May you rest in peace...
