Jim, Patsy, and I are going to miss you, you were a very good neighbor, always pleasant, easy to talk to, and always ready to help when asked. We are going to miss most of all that smell coming over the fence from your BBQ. We know you are in a better place now, maybe we will meet again someday. RIP my friend.
