I'm so sorry for the loss Uncle Jim and his family are experiencing. Babe's dedication to her family was truly admirable. The memory of my Mom sitting with Babe, having a smoke and cup of coffee, laughing and talking will always be a fond memory. "When someone becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure".

Grandma I am sitting at work and you came rushing through my mind ~ I just wanted to say I love you! I can only hope one day I can be as great of a person/grandparent as you are. Death is the end of a life not a relationship; I will forever cherish that special bond we shared. I love you today, tomorrow and always.

Grandma- I'll never forget spending so many nights at your house (and eating french toast sticks in the morning!), coming over when i was sick, holiday dinners, singing "the day the music died," watching franklin & bullriding, going to KFC, and so many of the other memories I've been lucky enough to share with you. You were always there to listen and help whoever needed it and I will never live one day without missing you and your many phone calls you gave our house :) You have left such an amazing impression on everyone that knew you. I love you!

The Morrison Family (my 2nd family)
I am so grateful to have been apart of this family for the past 34 yrs. They took me in as a total stranger in 1976,and treated me just as their own son, brother, and friend.Babe was my mother in so many ways, she was there for me when I had surgery, she made our lunches for work, and she was a trmendous wife to Jim,and I will never forget her.But through this time of grief,I would like to recommend to the family and friends and anyone who knew Babe lets Celebrate her life, and remember all the good times and the joy she brought to many. The laughter, her smiles, she was an inspiration to all of us.I was a very lucky young man, that tripped across this family by accident, and over the years have always stayed in contact with my family. Babe and I would talk at least a couple times a month.I may not see her or talk to her here on Earth, but I know that she is in good hands with our Creator, and someday we shall meet again. Babe (Mom) I Love You

Not only my Grandma but I would say my best friend. When Cal was diagnosed with cancer you were the first call I made, when we joined a new member to the family you were the first call I made, through tears of happiness and sadness you were always the first call I made. Every special occasion, every tear I have shed over the years you were always the first to come to my mind. I am thankful I had you in my life for 33 years, although it was cut short my love for you will never die. I will never have a thought of I wish I would have called more, we talked 2-3 times a week which I now cherish more than ever. Grandma you were an amazing woman, mother, grandma, great-grandma and friend and you have left a huge void in my life. I miss you terribly but this is just goodbye for now and not forever. I love you.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Babe's family. There was never a time when I ran into her that she didn't give a smile and a "hi -- how are you". I will miss that.

Grandma, I love and miss you so much. I can't believe that I can't pick up the phone and call. You were always the one to help me when things like this happened, what to say do or do, and to make me feel better. I'm lost. I lost my grandma, my friend. You'll be with me ALWAYS!! I LOVE YOU!!

Dear Jim and Family, We are at our home in Phoenix and just got the news of Babe's passing. Please accept our condolences. I just loved her ...she kept me grounded when I was upset with some of the grandmas at the Meadows. The love you shared focusing on Bingo night was admired by many. When I recieved word about our little grandson was going to be born severely disabled and blind she was a source of great compassion as she explained that this grandson is a gift from God and we will learn and be blessed as she was with her special needs son. I will miss her infectious smile and her ornery tricks she like to play on me. God bless you and your family as you mourn your loss of your beloved Babe.
