Patrick Jerry O'Neill, age 86, of Clear Lake, Iowa died on November 2, 2025 after a hard fought battle with Type 2 diabetes and kidney disease.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave N., Clear Lake, IA 50428. A Catholic Scriptural Wake will follow at the funeral home at 6:30 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1001 9th Ave S., Clear Lake, IA 50428. Inurnment will take place at Clear Lake Cemetery at a later date.
