Tom Kozisek, 64, of Lake Park, Iowa, former Police Chief of Garner, died Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in Houston, Texas. A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Clear Lake Open Bible Church. A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, December 12th at Clear Lake Open Bible Church.
