This is for the entire Turner family, I'm not sure how many of you will remember me. Elizabeth and I were in the same grade for years, played basketball together and I've known John Ed for years because of mine and Irene's friendship. The last couple of times I've talked to John Ed he told me he was spending weekends with his Mother and helping to care for her. John, you were a good son, she loved and appreciated it and now we know she is resting. I hope to see you and Irene when I get home again, Love ya, Celia

My sympathy is with all of you. Elsie was such a great lady. I loved going to visit her and see her when she would come to Nanny's house. The last time I saw her I had my two children with me and my oldest kept jumping on her bed. I kept trying to get her to behave but Elsie chided me by saying "Now chaps are going to be chaps. It's alright." One of my childhood memories of being at her house with Nanny and Papa Stanley was watching a goat she had chew on a pepsi can. I've told that story alot. I wish I could have come to see
all of you. Living away and having a family of my own makes it almost impossible. She lived a good life and I've always loved her.
It was fun listening to her and Nanny (Becky) talk. Maybe I'll make some fried pies to remember her by. Family is so important. I am blessed to have had her related to me even in a distant sort of way.
I will try to think of her busily getting heaven ready for the rest of us or maybe she's relaxing in the Lord's arms. God bless all of you Turners. I am there in my thoughts.
