Eurline Bartle Obituary

DANVILLE - Eurline Mildred Bartle, age 89, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on July 19, 1917, a daughter of Henry J. Woods and Olive Blay Woods.
Mrs. Bartle was married to Raymond M. Bartle, who predeceased her in August 1997. She was also predeceased by a son, Wilford Campbell.
She was a retired machinist from the Minnesota-Honeywell Company. She was a member of Ringgold Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bartle lived for over 20 years on the Leggett Farm in Sutherlin.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary L. Barrett Farmer of Blanch, N.C.; five grandchildren, the Rev. Sue Anne Morris and her husband, Scott of Eden, N.C., Hoyt Barrett Jr. and his wife, Terry, of Goldsboro, N.C., Robin Barrett and his wife, Betty of Danville, Ray Barrett and his wife, Ruth, of Danville, and Christopher Barrett and his wife, Becky of Danville; 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 16, at Townes Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Ringgold Baptist Church, 4594 Ringgold Church Road, Ringgold, VA 24586.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center for the care given to Mrs. Bartle during her stay there.
Townes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 215 West Main Street, is in charge of arrangements.
