Eurline M. Sanders

Eurline Martin Sanders, 85, widow of Donald "Don" Jack Sanders, of Danville, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, September 3, 2021.

Born on May 12, 1936, in Clover, Va., she was a daughter of the late Charlie G. Martin and Celesta Wilmoth Martin.

From very early on, Eurline was always a hard worker. Growing up on the family farm in Clover, Va., she had to help with many different chores. Later in life, she could be found working in her garden, tending to her flowers and koi fish. Eurline was also talented in crafts and quilting. She won many contests and awards for her quilts. She was a faithful member of Faith Memorial Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Donna S. Reynolds and husband, Mike, of Danville, Va., and a sister, Pauline M. Gray of South Boston, Va.

In addition to her parents and husband, Eurline was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, September 6, 2021, at Danville Memorial Gardens with Pastor Seth Lackey and Pastor Austin Merricks officiating.

I just saw Eurlines obituary tonight and I send my sympathy to you all. I thought a lot of both she and Don. They were so faithful to Mount Cross Fire and Rescue. Eurline made a couple of quilts to auction off and were constantly doing something to help. My love to you and your husband.
