Dear Dixie and Kim, Wish we could have been there for you. And so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. Your mom was so great . She made me and the boys feel welcome when we visited our dad before he passed away. And was always so sweet and precious the other times we got to visit with her. I am sorry not to have known her even better. Although when either of you would tell me what was going on like when she would be redecorating a room cause she was tired of it. I could so relate to her and her doings. I remember staying in a lovely bedroom with a beautiful canopy bed that she had just finished decorating in her and dad's house in Danville that made me feel like a princess . It was so pretty that I took photos of it. . I remember showing the photos to Ken and gushing about how lovely that room was. That Christmas, he surprised me with a bedroom suite and bedding that looked very similar to that room that made me very happy and reminded me of my stay there and your mom.Try to remember all the happy times, she would like that. And just remember how much she loved you all. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your families always.

Stella was my aunt. She was a beautiful ,giving, loving ,gentle soul. She had many friends who will miss her.I know our family who loved her dearly, will miss her very much. But she is with God and her family members who have gone on before her. And we know that it was a happy reunion on the other side. She no longer suffers from her cancer. We take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace.

The ones she has left behind were blessed to have had her as long as we did. We love her and she still lives, in all our hearts. We will see her again someday.

Kim and Dixie

I want to express my sympathy about the loss of your mother. I think about you'll often. It seems like a long time ago that your mother and father kept my little Jonathan while I worked. They were good people who I know that you miss greatly. God Bless you always
