Stephen Seibert Obituary
Stephen "Steve" Ross Seibert, 57, of 1506 Mulberry Rd. #12, Martinsville, VA 24112 died Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Carilion Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Born July 24, 1955 in N.C., he was the son of William Howard Seibert and the late Joanne Inman Seibert. He was married to Beatrice "Bea" Bourn Seibert who survives at the residence. Steve was retired on disability due to Chronic Lyme Disease. In addition to his wife, Steve is survived by his dad, William "Bill" Seibert and step-mother Elaine Pribble Seibert of 4180 Riverside Dr., Unit 406, Danville, VA 24541, one brother, John Hunter Seibert and his wife, Julie, and one nephew, Will Seibert of Raleigh, NC. The family will receive friends at Roach Funeral Home in Gassaway, WV on Saturday, October 13 from 6 until 9 p.m. The funeral will be held at Rosedale Baptist Church in Rosedale, WV on Sunday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to The Lyme Disease Assoc., Inc., P.O. Dear Bea,
I have followed you and Steve through the valiant fight and suffering on one of our shared websites. You two put up a tougher, more educated battle, than most doctors could imagine - but we Lyme patients and loved ones know all too well. I hope that loved ones can help you through this time, and please know that all of us in the Lyme world are so saddened by this tragedy, but also you have been a role model for so many of us as the ultimate advocate and spouse. I didn't know Steve, but I am touched greatly by his passing. May you all know that his battle with Lyme is not going unnoticed. May your memories of Steve bring you joy in the midst of your sorrow.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss..as a member of the chronic lyme community, I will light a candle in his honor and pray for all those close to him.
