Ethel, Our prayers for the peace of God to surround Walter and the healing of his body have now been answered. He truly is at home with our Lord. I always looked forward to cutting Walter's hair because we had such wonderful talks together about his family and mine, about the goodness, grace, and mercy of God, about investing and what I most liked was the big bear hug and kiss I always got that made my day so much more pleasant and the lingering good smell of his cologne. You were always first in his heart and on his mind and you both were so blessed of God and a real blessing to me and to many others. I love you and my prayers are still with you. Mary Nell and Larry

Ethel,

So sorry to read of Walter's passing. I have nothing but fond memories of you both. I can't think of my childhood memories without seeing your faces and the good times you both shared with us. I can still remember how we made your house our last stop on Halloween for your hot chocolate. Love in Christ

Mr.Chesher was one of the kindest men I ever had the honor to know. My late grandmother, loved to go to the Grove Park Inn, she was ill a lot and Mr. Chesher came to visit her in the hospital. When she able to go out to eat, she asked to go to the Grove Parl Inn, where she was greeted like the VIP of Danville by Mr. Chesher, she was so thrilled! I never forgot that or his comfort to the family when she passed on. Now she has the honor to greet him once again.
