Dear Garrett Family,

I am very saddened by Mr. Garrett's passing. He, as is your family, is very special to me and I will miss him. He relayed to me a lot of stories about things in the past that were very interesting. The last time I saw him was walking upMain Street and I realized then how much I missed seeing him on a regular basis. He was a good friend to me and I know that he will be missed by many.
