Phyllis Davis-Crouch Obituary
She was born on August 25, 1950 at Staunton the daughter of Leroy and Reba Lucille (Lupardus) Daniel. She married Brian Crouch on May 24, 2015 at Sorento Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Peggy Guiliacci.
Phyllis was a payroll clerk for Southern Illinois University. She was a longtime member of Sorento Baptist Church.
Survivors: Husband, Brian Crouch of Sorento, IL; Daughter, Kristin Davis (companion, Oliver Christensen) of Hamel, IL; Sons, Justin Davis and Nathan Davis both of Sorento, IL and Dillon (wife, Tracy) Davis of Highland, IL; 4 grandchildren, Savannah Davis, Kylee Davis, Camrynn Davis and Whitney Davis; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Memorial services will be held at Noon on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Sorento Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Pope officiating. Inurnment will follow at Kirkland Cemetery, Sorento.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 Am until time of services at the Sorento Baptist Church.
Memorials are suggested to Sorento Baptist Church.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I have known Phyllis since kindergarten, we went all through school together. I saw her this spring and did not know of her passing until recently. This is a great loss for her family, friends and the class of 1968. She will always be remembered by her classmates. Cherie (Graham) Kuhn

My husband Manuel and I are former neighbors of Phyllis. We watched her children grow up. She and Brian were friendly and helpful. Sympathies and prayers to all. Bonnie Fernandez
