Collinsville - Rex Thomas Stark, age 58, of Collinsville, IL, passed away at 8:10 am on Friday, September 10, 2021, at John Cochran Veterans Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Rex was born on July 28, 1963, in Highland, IL the son of the late Albert W. & Dorothy (Pike) Stark.
Rex served in the United States Marine Corps during the Gulf War.
Rex was a truck driver for over 25 years working for several companies in the St. Louis area. Rex is survived by two brothers, Roy Stark of Worden, Illinois, and Randy Stark & wife Michele of Worden, Illinois; one sister, Renee Doss & husband Andre of Collinsville; his niece & nephews; and special friends Kathy & family of St. Louis, MO, and Suzie & family of Pocahontas, AR. A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home in Edwardsville. He was cremated according to his wishes. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the donor's choice. Condolences may be expressed online at weberfuneralhome.com.
