I will always remember the chicks she hatched and the butter we churned.. And those mats for naps! She was a wonderful teacher and a wonderful person; she is a part of everyone who came into contact with her.She will be greatly missed and honorably remembered always.

Your first teacher always leaves a lasting memory, fortunately for many children, Mrs. Brubaker left an exceptional one. She will be deeply missed. God Bless.

You'll probably be hearing this from many of Mrs. Brubaker's former students - she was my Kindergarten teacher at Hadley House back in '64-65, and I remember her always being one of my favorites. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family; she will be greatly missed.

MY KINDERGARDEN TEACHER!! She was such a wonderful lady, not only as my teacher but as my neighbor as well. Ruth Brubaker was one of the BEST in the business, touching so many young lives during her career.
I still have very vivid memories as a youngster, of her making a sharp turn onto their driveway in a great big gold Ford Thunderbird automobile while Mr. Brubaker and myself would be doing any number of things in their yard. She would always greet me with a warm "hello Timmy", accompanied with a great big smile. Oh what "sweet music" she will be performing in Heaven now! I speak for the entire Flamer family when I say, with our most deepest regards, may God continue to BLESS Mr. Brubaker, Linda, Patty & Rick, Scott and Lori. We love you all so very much!

Mrs. Brubaker was my kindergarten teacher many years ago at Hadley School. Even as a young child, I knew I had one of the best teachers. I will always remember my year of kindergarten with her. She was an inspiration to me in becoming a teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this time. Camille Badalamenti Bourisaw
