Dewey Baxter, 80, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, in a San Angelo hospital. Service is at 2 p.m. today at Broadway Baptist Church with burial in Garden of Memories. Arrangements are by Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
