GEORGE PRESLEY MORROW

G.P. "Bill" Morrow, 86, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, in a local hospital. Bill was born on Nov. 21, 1917, in Oatmeal, Texas, to A.G. Morrow and Nora Lester. He moved to Veribest when he was 3 years old and resided on the family farm for most of his life. Bill carried his health problems from birth until his death without complaints. We pray that God will grant him a gentler and brighter way for the rest of his journey. Bill had many friends during his life. All that knew him loved him. Bill had no brothers or sisters. He is survived by many cousins. For the last several years of his life Bill needed twenty-four seven care. This was done by Joe and Eloise Fernandez. Bill loved them both dearly. Service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, in Robert Massie Funeral Home Chapel with A.J. Kennemer officiating. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, in the Oatmeal, Texas Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers please make donations to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 6977 Main St., Houston, TX 77030-9817.

Mr. Bill, We will miss you dearly the last several years. You became part of our family. Family get togethers and holidays will not be the same without you. Gabi especially will miss you the most you were like her grandpa to her. Even though she is only 4years old. you were always in her thoughts and prayers. Everytime she called her gaga she always asked how Mr. Bill was doing. We will all miss you dearly;but, your now in a better place.
