Kelly Wyatt Obituary

Kelly Lynn Hescht Wyatt

Mereta

Kelly Lynn Hescht Wyatt, 53, of Mereta, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, in San Angelo.

Kelly Lynn was born Jan. 26, 1963, in Sylvania, Ohio, to Roger and Bette Peart Beaty. She grew up in Ohio and after graduating from high school went to work for Kirkland's corporation. Kelly quickly moved her way up to district manager and eventually managed five states. Some years later, she found her way to San Angelo and most recently worked for Around the Clock Day Care as a caregiver and teacher to the children. She loved working with the children and enjoyed every minute she was there.

She met and later married Cecil Franklin Wyatt on July 26, 2016. Kelly was also a loving homemaker and business manager for her husband's company.

Kelly had many interests in life. She loved collecting cowboy memorabilia and everything cowboy and cowgirl themed. She also raised prize chickens or "Silkies" for show at carnivals and livestock shows.

Kelly was a beautiful soul with a beautiful heart. Her passion for life, her strong faith in God and her unlimited perseverance made her the incredible person she was. We will carry her love and spirit in our hearts forever!

Kelly was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Cecil Franklin Wyatt of Mereta; her daughter, Krista Mora and her husband, Bobby of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Aidan Mora and Anna Mora of Lubbock; her mother-in-law, Frances Wyatt of San Angelo; her brothers, Roger, Ralph and Randy; and her church family and countless friends.

The memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016, in Harper Funeral Home chapel with Rev. J.J. Flores officiating.

Kelly Lynn was a member of the Veterans Peer Network and a strong supporter of all United States veterans. The family is requesting that donations be made to the Veterans Peer Network or a local veterans group of your choice.

God Bless the family and friends of Kelly. Kelly was my best friend for decades. We were more like family. We had the support and sharing that many people never achieve as friends. I know God brought us together for a reason. She is already missed and I feel a part of me passed with her. She was a devoted person to her faith and I know we will be together again in Heaven. I know God is rewarding her for all her contributions on Earth and has relieved her suffering.
