WACO - Margaret "Eloise" went to be with the Lord at 3:20 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2008, after a short illness and stay at a local nursing care facility in San Angelo. She was loved and supported by her loving family all the way to the end. There will be a family visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home in Waco. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27, in Waco Memorial Park. Eloise was born Oct. 6, 1922, in Limestone County. Her parents were George G. Warren Sr. and Myrtle Mae O'Neal Warren of Mart and Ben Hur, Texas. In October of 1939, she met Harley Reneau of Waco and after a short courtship they married Jan. 4, 1940. She worked for William Cameron Lumber Company in Waco as a secretary until Harley joined the U.S. Navy. Eloise then joined him in San Diego, Calif. While they were stationed there, she worked for Consolidated Aircraft as a secretary. After the war, they made their home in Waco. She was co-owner of a real estate company for a short time in 1952. She ended her professional career to become a full-time homemaker until her death. Until her illness, she was an avid reader and followed politics. Her achievements were rearing her three children. Survivors include two daughters, Judi Westbrook and husband Oneal Westbrook of San Angelo and Jill Plott and husband Jack Plott of San Angelo; a son, Jeff Reneau and wife Kristi Reneau of North Richland Hills; five grandchildren, Lori Lasly, Kari Plott, Ty Westbook, Chase Plott and Lacy Westbrook; and four great-grandchildren. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Shannon Skilled Nursing Unit, the staff at Park Plaza Nursing Center, and the Vista Care Staff. A special thank you is extended to J.T. Tucker for his words of comfort and for his acts of kindness and compassion during these difficult days. Jill, I was so sorry to read of your mother's passing. We are in England visiting our daughter and just wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you. I posted a note about 10 days ago, but it did not go through for some reason. Perhaps I'll see you in San Angelo. Marsha
