Melba McKandles Obituary
Robert Lee - Crawford McKandles went to be with our Lord and Savior December 26, 2020. Melba was born October 26,1938, in Midland TX to Herman Crawford and Eunice Vest Crawford Cayce. Melba married Clyde McKandles July 1,1960. Melba and Clyde made their home in Barnhart and Big Lake for 18years before returning to Midland. Melba worked for 13 years for Dr. Nunnally in Big Lake after moving to Midland she worked and retired from University of Texas Lands System.
She is preceded in death by both parents, husband Clyde and grandson Jake McKandles. She is survived by daughter Roma McCarley (Lewis) sons Dusty McKandles and Tommy McKandles (Kim). Grandchildren Macy Thompson (Sallie), Tony McCarley (JoLynne), Kendra Alexander (Jeffrey) and Amy McKandles. Plus 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held January 2nd, at 1PM At the Living Way Church in Midland TX. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home.
