Ruby J. Hardin, 63, of San Angelo, passed away July 12, 2016.
She was born in San Angelo, Texas, on Oct. 7, 1952. Ruby graduated from Central High School. She worked for in Security for Raytheon. Ruby had a passion for crafts.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Stanley Hall, Willie Mae Haynes, Larry Hardin, Barry Hardin and Elizabeth Hardin.
A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, at Johnson's Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.

I worked with Ruby at E-Systems/Raytheon for 25 yrs. We always talked about retiring and enjoying life. Her smile would always light up the room every time you walked into her office. Will miss you. God bless your family at this difficult time.

I am so Deeply saddened to hear of Ruby passing away. What a Beautiful and Wonderful Lady!!!! Always enjoyed talking to Her at Work and She Always had Such a Sweet Smile on her face when u saw her. Everyone Loved her, that being said, Everyone will Miss her!! She Will Always be in my Heart, She will never be forgotten. My Thoughts and Prayers to her Family during such a difficult time.. I worked with Ruby at ICD. She was a wonderful friend and co-worker. Ruby had a kind heart and the consumers loved her as she loved them. Thank you for the many talks and for being so understanding. I'm going to miss you. love you....

I only met RUBY a few months ago, as she was my co worker at ICD stonebridge... I loved her immediately and knew her caring heart by the way she cared and took care of others. She was a beautiful woman and my only regret is not getting to know her longer and better. The clients adored her and will miss her terribly. May she rest in peace and be in eternal joy.

This condolence is to all of you but with a special message to Barry. We haven't seen each other since 1968 at Central. You were always so nice and a great athlete. When I saw the name Hardin, I had to look through to see if you and Ruby were kin. She's very pretty and I'm sure you're proud of her. To Rubys family, I already know that you know what a good person she was. I retired 10 years ago so haven't seen her since then but she was one I thought of often as she was special.
