What can I say about Uncle Thelbert? He taught me to swim, he kept my car running when I lived with them, my wedding reception was in the Moore backyard. My heart is with you today even though I can't be there. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I love you all.

He was bigger than life to me - I always thought, WOW he a solider and I was so in awe that anyone could be what he was! His picture that hung on the wall always impressed me so much and SO handsome too. I know he is at rest and I just knowing he can breath without difficulty is such a blessing. I know he will be missed and we just have to remember him for his wonderful character and the love he showed us all. I love you Aunt Virgie-

I'm so sorry that I could not be there today. I will always remember the good times that we had at Canyon Lake, picnics and Kerrville State Park. He was a good man. I'm sure that he and grandma are having a wonderful visit. Tell Maggie Lou that I truly did plan on visiting with her while I'm in California. If she gets back home she can call me on my cell at 210-422-2433. I'll be leaving out of Sacramento on 2/24. Love, Brenda
