The first time I met Marv & Nancy was at Grace Bible Church. As Marv told me his name, I told him I was supposed to be a "Marvin" too, but I turned out to be "Marcia" instead.
Well, I never forgot his name after that. I marveled at how tall he was and how short you, Nancy, looked next to him.
I had the privilege of adding his name and picture to our display of veterans at our church. He was in the United States Navy and we appreciate his serving our country.

We met Marv at Grace Bible Church in Grandville, MI. He had a great sense of humor, but most of all he loved God and Nancy. I always loved seeing the 2 of them together greeting everyone before the service sharing their love for God. We will miss Marv helping in the kitchen and during the donut time.
We will miss this gentle giant.
