Ann Wydra

1963 - 2025

Ann was born June 12, 1963 in Sandusky, Ohio to Marietta and Donald Kamann, the eldest of 5 children. She grew up on the shores of Hatch Lake in northern Minnesota where she developed a love for the land, the wild flowers, and critters of all sorts. She lived her entire life in tune with the seasons: planting seeds in the spring, nurturing her garden in the heat of summer, harvesting and putting up food in the fall and splitting enough firewood to survive the winter. Ann was a strong, independent woodswoman with a wild soul and a heart of gold. She especially loved her 3 children, turquoise feather jewelry, 70's rock n roll, and the sun on her face.

Ann died peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She is survived by her partner Scott Blesi, children: Jesse Wydra, Nicole Wydra, and Ben Blesi, her mother Marietta, siblings Donna (Eric Christensen), Michael, Beth (Rodney Johnson), and Crista, grandchildren Reese, Aaliya, Ziggy, Levity, two great grandchildren, ex-husband Jagade Wydra, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald.
