Chris Rapp Obituary
Choteau —Chris Rapp, 80, of Choteau, MT left us on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
Born Christian Dale Rapp, on August 30, 1935 in Glendive, MT to Clarence and Lavilla (Seeds) Rapp.
Chris attended school at Golden Ridge and lived most his life on the Fairfield Bench.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was a sharp shooter with his 30/30.
A talented artist, painter, woodworker and carpenter. He played guitar and was also a pilot.
His final years were spent at Skyline Retirement Community where he leaves behind many friends.
Chris was preceded in death by both parents; brothers Lee, Eldon and Thayne; and sister Belva Maxwell.
Chris is survived by a brother, Jerry (Fran) Rapp of Fairfield; a son, Joe (Phyllis) Rapp of Shepherd; a daughter, Scarlet (Ray) Matsen of Hibbing, MN; and many grand and great grandchildren.
Many thanks to his caregivers, visiting nurse Barb, Egylo, and Brenda at Skyline and Carol with Hospice. No funeral services are planned as per his request.

Chris the great first baseman that dug out all my low throws to first base from second. Great memories of our time as legion baseball champs for the state of Montana, And all the trips around the state together for games, Will miss the bright smile. Friend and team-mate Mirl Gratton Mexico.
