Edwin O. Jenson, Jr, 89, retired from the Anaconda Co. after many years, died June 25, 2017. Edwin was born in Toad Lake, Mn. He spent 2 years in the Army before meeting and marrying Dorothy Hoffman in 1948. They were together until her death in 2008. He was a self-taught guitar and mandolin player who shared his gift wherever & whenever he could, spending many years playing at the Senior Center. In his younger years he was an avid hunter and fly fisherman who tied his own flies, fishing and camping mostly at Holter Lake and on the Missouri. He was a champion horseshoe player, and had a lifetime love of dancing & singing. After their retirement Ed and Dorothy spent several happy years in Craig, Mt before moving back to Gt Falls. His last year was spent in Whitefish, Mt near his daughter Susie. Always the jokester, he had a few favorite sayings like: "Kill the Bull" and "We'll play it by ear." Survivors include sisters: Adeline (Richard) Grundy of Gt Falls & Donna Bergen of Wa; his 3 children: Joyce (David) Busse of San Jose, Ca, Gary (Emily) Jenson of Phoenix, Az, and Susan Brewer of Whitefish, Mt.
