Isabelle Caton Obituary
Great Falls - Isabelle Elaine Caton, 87, of Great Falls, MT, passed away on February 24, 2018 at Maple House of BeeHive Homes in Great Falls. She was born November 27, 1930 in Ismay, MT, to Maude Estelle (Billingsley) and David Eugene Caton.
Isabelle was raised on her father's ranch always remembering the hard work and good times. She loved to tell stories of breaking and riding horses, and shepherding by herself (and two wonderful dogs) at the age of 12. Isabelle later moved to Seattle during WWII and work as an usher in movie theatres. She lived a full life and will be truly missed.
Isabelle was a longtime member of Westside United Methodist Church, and was retired from Johnson Controls of Great Falls.
Isabelle is survived by all five of her children: Michael (Joyce) Freeman of Miles City, MT; Vicky (Duane) Campbell of Havre, MT; Ken (Jody) Brodston of Tooele, UT; Onita Yost of Great Falls, MT; and Dolly Collins of Laurel, MT; grandchildren: Glen Freeman, Mike (Lazara) Freeman, Sergio (Andrea) Freeman, Eric Michael, Sean (Amber) Michael, Matthew Campbell, Traci (Jeremy) Sorensen, Kevin (Cara) Campbell, Mindy (P.J.) Skyles, Adam (Miranda) Brodston, Lori Kohm, Lucas Harrison, Mark Yost, J. Addison ( Janelle) Yost, Krista (Jason) Marshall, Jessica (Liam) Clark , Chelsea Collins, and 27 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Isabelle was preceded in death by her parents Maude Estelle (Billingsley) and David Eugene Caton; her husbands; her long time friend, Jim Way, as well as both her brothers, David Eugene (Mary) Caton, Jr, and Ross Caton, and her younger sister, Baby Girl Caton, who was stillborn.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced and held at a later date. Memorials can be donated to West Side United Methodist Church in Great Falls MT.
