Kenneth Custer Obituary

Kenneth Dow Custer

Great Falls —Kenneth D. Custer, 81, of Highwood, MT, passed away April 15, 2015 at Benefis Hospital of cardiac arrest. Born in Great Falls, MT to Everett and Hazel Custer, Kenneth attended Great Falls schools prior to entering the Navy. After his tour of duty, Kenneth worked for Dick Olson Construction for over 40 years as a carpenter and estimator.

Putting his carpentry skills to good use, Kenneth bought a property in the Highwood Mountains and built a home and ranch from scratch. Kenneth is survived by his two daughters Terry Paterson and Laurie Maslowski; and several grandchildren.

Those who have preceded Kenneth include his parents and his son Kenneth Custer.

He traveled the bumpy road of life taking mostly right hand turns, with his wife Carole, of 47 years.

A memorial will be held at a later date.

Kenneth lived a full wonderful successful life of 81 years.
