Jeanne was born July 21, 1922, in Spokane, Wash. She attended school in a one room school house in Floweree. The family later moved to Townsend where she graduated from high school. After graduation she moved back to Floweree and began working for Dr. Terrell as a dental assistant. She was mostly raised in Montana, but her family had a home in Pasadena, Calif., which was a very special place to her. During World War II, she moved to Santa Monica and worked for Douglas Aircraft.

He was a veteran of the United States Army. Jeanne and Joe farmed alongside her father in Floweree for many years. They moved to Great Falls in 1950, and started a family, but were still involved at the farm in Floweree.

Jeanne was an avid bowler and homemaker. She cherished and loved the time she spent with her family and had many friends. She also enjoyed fishing and traveling the world with Joe, especially to Hawaii.
