He was a kind, loving man, who had a great sense of humor and could make you laugh instantly. He was transferred to Arizona for 8 years before retiring. After retiring he wanted nothing more then to move back home to Montana. He moved back in 2011. I remember the time you were trying to leave Hedges South dorm 1971 to go back to Great Falls on a Fri. afternoon to see your girl friend, at that time, Barb Lunney. You were drivin that Datsun 1200 and you were unable to pull away from the curb because Mike Carter, Jack Anderson and I stuffed a banana up your exhaust pipe. Your car was unable to rev high enough to move itself. You got madder and madder because you were anxious to get goin and Carter, Anderson, myself and all the other people that were gathering around were laughing so hard we could'nt pull the banana out! We were just rollin on the ground! My heartfelt condolences to your family and friends. You were a very special guy. Until we see each again. Love ya Bill!
