I can’t believe it’s been almost 4 years. So much has changed. Thank you for helping me get through this. I still miss you with every breath, but at least I know you’re right here. I hope you’re proud of me.

Love always,
Mom :)

Two years. It's been 734 days since I last talked to you, my son. I didn't think I'd make it this far at first - I know you're proud of me. I miss you with every breath.

Love always,

It's been 9 months. Thanksgiving is this week - our first big holiday without you. I'm going to miss you eating all the stuffing, helping me host (you always took coats and got drinks - so thoughtful), and playing Cards Against Humanity with you. I'll try to enjoy getting all the dark meat for myself - you were the only other person who ate it. Help me get through this, ok? I love you Drew.

Dear Drew,

It's been 6 months today. You missed a whole season now - almost two. Spring was nice - summer has been kind of rainy, which means the grass is growing non-stop. If you were here you'd be making lots of chore money this summer. Keep watching over us - we can feel you sometimes. I miss you so much & I wish you could come home.

Love always,
Mom

Dear Drew,
It's been 4 months. This is pure agony. I miss you every minute of every day. Sometimes it feels like I'm losing my mind. I keep wishing that this has been some kind of really elaborate dream - a nightmare - and that I'll wake up and everything will be right again. I love you & I'm so proud of you.
Love, Mom

Terry and Tony my prayers and thoughts go out to you in this time of sorrow. I will always remember Andrew as the sweet quiet man I remember when I first came into your house. You are always in my heart and on my mind. Grandma right now is holding him in her arms and they are together. Peace be with you and you are always in my heart. Love always.
