Dear Judy and Chad and family, I am speechless as my heart just sinks! Wow! I am so terribly sad to read of Burt's passing. He helped me so much throughout the years with all my odd jobs and was even my award winning model for my first competition that time! He was a sweetheart with a heart of gold. My heart goes out to you Judy! I can say that he touched a place in my heart that will never be replaced! Never a dull moment with him around. I will always remember the good times and the passion he had for the work he did for others. Just a memory to share with you that tells of his kind heart- we volunteered to chaperone a bus of disabled adults to the State Fair, I just received a message from the couple we watched over (Jim and Karen), they are sending their love to you and expressed the compassion and gratitude they had for all the fun and memories he created that day! He left an impression on every person he met (mostly good, lol). I have awesome pics I can share if you like. Forever in my heart and condolences to you. Bernie, I don't know what happened, I'm still in shock to read this. We loved you and you were a part of our family. I'm at a loss for words, which you know.. is almost impossible.
