Curtis Jon "Curt" Koski
Green Bay - Curtis Jon "Curt" Koski, age 56, of 2361 Greenwald St. Green Bay, WI 54301 and former Republic resident passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee following complication from Covid-19.
Curtis was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on December 17, 1964, a son of Hannah I. (Nurmi) and the late Ronald G. Koski.
Curt graduated from Republic-Michigamme High School, class of 1983, and received a bachelor's degree in Business administration from NMU 1988. He worked for Wisconsin Building Supply for 26 years, most recently as a sales consultant.
Curt enjoyed hunting, bowling, camping, hanging with his family and friends, especially with his grandson Sebastian. He was a member of the former Keglers Ball and Chain gang.
Curt is survived by his wife Christine M. (Mattson) Koski, whom he married on April 28, 1990, 4 children; Laura Carlson, Nickolas, Molly and Daniel Koski all of Green Bay, a grandson Sebastian, his mother Hannah Wixtrom of Negaunee, siblings; Ronald P. Koski of Marquette, Candice (Joe) Schoenherr of Sanford, MI, Todd Koski of Republic and Tammy Millimaki of Ishpeming, mother in law Anne Mattson of Republic, 2 brother in laws; Fred (Erica) Mattson of Republic and Jeff (Joey) Mattson of Lake Mills, WI, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and special friends Jeff Maki and Scott Mattila along with many other friends.
Curt was preceded in death by his father Ronald Koski, father-in-law Wilfred Mattson and grandparents.
Curt's family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon E.S.T on Saturday July 24, 2021, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Republic where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon.
A luncheon will follow in the church hall.
Interment will take place at the Republic Township Cemetery.
