George Beaumia Obituary
George Beaumia, 82, Green Valley, died Friday morning, August 25, 2017 at Serenity Gardens Assisted Living in Gillett. He was born February 22, 1935 in Oconto Falls to Clarence and Anna Beaumia and attended St. Anthony Catholic Elementary School. George lived in Green Valley for most of his life where he was employed at Paper Converting in Green Bay for 27 years. He also served as a volunteer for the Green Valley Fire Department for many years. George enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing as well as whenever he went camping.
Survivors are his two sons, Carl (Donna) Beaumia, Green Bay; Larry Beaumia, Gillett; he was Grandpa George to Nevaeh, Levi and Ayva.
Visitation will be held after 10am Monday, August 28, 2017 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Oconto Falls until the time of service. Funeral services will be held 11am Monday at the church with Deacon Walt Kaszynski officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Carl & family, received your card yesterday telling us of your dad's passing. We - as well as Jim and Jeff - are so very sorry for your loss. Such a good man and so many wonderful Boot Lake memories come to mind when you think of him ~ of course, lots of them have to do with fireworks. When I called the "boys" to tell them the sad news, they asked if he had by chance passed on the Fourth of July. Would have been very fitting! Pray that time has started to ease your loss. So appreciate your contacting us.

So sorry for your loss. I worked with George at PCMC and such great memories. From meeting for dinner at the Air View on Wednesdays to riding quads up north. He had his Big Red 3 wheeler for the ride. Great Guy!
