Sister George Antoinette had one Godchild, and I have the privilege to say I am that Godson. I am very blessed that I had the chance to go to the funeral and I was very impressed with St. Joseph's mother house in St. Louis. Such kindness and devotion was shown to me and my family and it really reflected the type of person Sister was. Many memories of SGA visiting in the Summer, and writing letters back and forth. She will be missed, but she will be an angel forever for me.

The memories of Sister George Antoinette. I remember our yearly summer vists as she would come back to WI to visit family. It was always a treat. I recall her gentle voice and her soft little laugh. The sly little "Vander Loop" grin if something was funny to her. The blessing she was, to dedicate her life serving our Lord and Savior through her many years of teaching and caring for others. Honored to be in Colorado when my loving Father (Ken) her bother, gave her one of his "Packer" kidneys. Sister's spirit in prayer and kindness will always be part of me and I'm grateful to have learned from her.
God has prepared a great place for you. It it yours. I know you were welcomed home by so many loved ones.

Uncle Cy and Uncle Ed, thank you for all the care the two of you have given Sister these last three years.
To all the Sisters and Staff at Nazareth, to the people of St. Stephen's in Glenwood Springs, and especially Sister Marie Renee and Chris who were a part of our Dear Aunt's life for so many years. We thank you for giving Sister so many wonderful years. She loved you all dearly.
May Sister George Antoinette rest in peace and enjoy the reunion with Grandpa and Grandma Vander Loop and all our deceased family and friends.
