Kenneth C. Rathke, 92, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015. Ken was born August 9, 1922 to the late Charles and Alta (Baumann) Rathke, in Merrill, WI

He is survived by his wife Shirley, his daughter Cindi Tielens , son Charles Rathke, grandson Ranger Blanz, two granddaughters; Katie and Becky Rathke, one great-granddaughter; Destiny Blanz, one sister-in-law, Marilyn Rathke, several nieces and nephews from Merrill, WI, one brother-in-law, Melvin Tielens, Beaver Dam, WI, one brother & sister-in-law Lyle and Diane Tielens , Dyckesville, WI, one sister-in-law, Carolyn Joski, Green Bay.

Friends may call at St. Phillips the Apostle Church, 312 Victoria St, Green Bay, from 9:30am until 10:45am on Saturday, January 31, 2015. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. To leave a message or condolence online for the family, visit: www.newcomergreenbay.com

Well, Uncle Ken was one of my favorite uncles. When I was a child, he was the only person who could wash my hair without me screaming like a crazy kid! He was fun!
