Paul Jaworski Obituary
Paul "Pulaski Paul" Jaworski, 87, formerly of Pulaski, died unexpectedly Friday, January 6, 2017, at a Green Bay hospital. The son of the late Andrew and Verna (Dranzik) Jaworski was born May 15, 1929 and grew up on the family farm in the town of Chase. He married Sylvia Sigl in 1965. Paul and Sylvia were married until her passing on February 2, 1969. He later married Ethel Piontek, and the couple was married for 25 years.
Paul worked for many years at Pulaski Flour & Feed, and at Sunnyhill Farms. He enjoyed volunteering at the Assumption BVM Produce Wagon and liked to go berry picking. Paul greatly enjoyed hunting, especially trips to Wyoming, and fishing on the Great Lakes. He was proud of the American Legion sponsored smelt fries in Pulaski, and would help in any way possible.
Survivors include his son, Allen (Carol) Jaworski, Green Bay; his siblings: Helen Tucholski, Walter Jaworski, Peter Jaworski, and Florence Cleveland; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sylvia; an infant son; a brother, Joseph Jaworski; sisters: Clara (Boniface) Mauer and Agnes (Norbert) Styczynski; and a brother-in-law, Frank Tucholski.
Friends may call at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 119 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Thursday. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M. presiding. Burial will take place in the spring in the parish cemetery.
